Prefix Information Service
Prefix Information Web Service provides various types of information about ePIC PID services and the operating institutions. The web service enables prefix operators to have a glimpse of the prefixes, ePIC policy status about the prefixes and the service instances associated with the prefixes.
DICE
The DICE project (Data Infrastructure Capacities for EOSC) [1] brings together a network of computing and data centres, research infrastructures, and data repositories for the purpose to enable a European storage and data management infrastructure for EOSC, the European Open Science Cloud.

The DICE partners offer state-of-the-art data management services as building blocks to store, find, access and process data in a consistent and persistent way.

DICE's resource provisioning is accompanied by enhancing the current service offering in order to fill the gaps still present to the support of the entire research data lifecycle. The solutions are provided to increase data reusability and data quality, as well as they support long term preservation and the management of sensitive data.

The services provided via DICE are offered through the EOSC Portal [2] and are interoperable with EOSC Core via a lean interoperability layer to allow efficient resource provisioning from the very beginning of the project.

To help the integration of DICE offered data services with community platforms and engage research communities in the exploitation of DICE services, the European Commission has made available an innovative funding instrument known as Virtual Access (VA). The VA funding mechanism [3] makes it possible for providers to be compensated fairly and equitably while transparently offering new users their services at no cost until the end of the project.
